Since joining Locke, Fullerton & Lundwall in April 2009, Tim has provided clients counsel in a wide range of practice areas including civil litigation, estate planning & administration and family law matters. Prior to starting at Locke, Fullerton & Lundwall, Tim’s fellowship at Hanify & King, P.C. in Boston brought him valuable litigation experience. Tim graduated from Boston College Law School in 2008 where he received his J.D. He graduated cum laude from Boston College in 2003 where he received his B.A. in History. While at Boston College Law he was an Articles Editor for the Boston College International & Comparative Law Review, as well as a student attorney in the Boston College Civil Litigation Clinic where he represented clients in the District and Probate and Family Courts of Massachusetts (Rule 3.03). In addition, he gained valuable experience during summer internships at Fidelity Investments and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. After college, Tim worked as a Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton providing management consulting services to clients including the United States Air Force and the Department of Defense. Tim is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. |
